Student Housing

Don't wait, APPLY ONLINE NOW!

The Art Institute of Seattle offers housing services to all enrolled students. Living in school-sponsored housing is an excellent way to get acquainted with other Art Institute students, the Seattle community and to become involved in college life. The Housing and Residential Life Department employs full-time, professional Housing Coordinators and Resident Directors to assist students in their transition to their new environment.

The cost of student housing is in addition to tuition and fees. Students in school-sponsored housing must sign a separate contract for housing.

Apartment information and roommate referrals are available to enrolled students who choose to live outside of school-sponsored housing. International students who want to live in a family environment may take part in a Home Stay Program.

For more information on housing options, please call or visit the Housing Department. Apartment pricing as well as terms and conditions may change without prior notice. The school-sponsored housing packet provides you the current pricing as well as current terms and conditions for student housing at The Art Institute of Seattle.

Most activities are free of charge to students, and many often include food or snacks.
